To securely fasten the tire without damaging the bolt threads or the wheel, tighten the beadlock bolts to 12.9 Nm.
Important tightening instructions:
– Use a calibrated torque wrench.
– Tighten in a star or cross pattern.
– Apply torque in at least 2–3 stages (e.g., 4 Nm → 8 Nm → 12.9 Nm). – Do not exceed 12.9 Nm.
– Re-torque after the first off-road use or 50 km of driving.
⚠️ Exceeding 12.9 Nm may strip threads, deform the beadlock ring, or cause wheel damage.
